In-Clinic Appointment

We are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it has on our patients, our practice and our community.  As an essential business, we will continue to provide exemplary veterinary health care to companion animals during the COVID-19 outbreak, following all CDC recommendations in an effort to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff.

Due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19 (2019 Novel Coronavirus) infection, Centerville Animal Hospital is taking additional precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our community so that we can continue to provide veterinary care for our patients.

Appointments with the Veterinarian

Clients should text (757)482-9410 upon arrival to the practice and wait to be greeted by a customer service attendant before entering the building.  Our customer service attendant will meet clients at their vehicle and escort one pet parent and their pet directly into the exam room for care. Pet parents will be asked to remain seated on the exam room bench and to refrain from touching any surfaces in the room or assisting with the appointment.

“No touch” payment will be obtained in the exam room by the customer service attendant using a remote terminal at the culmination of the appointment.
