Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Ashley Wheat earned her veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and has a special interest in caring for household exotic species. She is Fear Free Certified and USDA Accredited, bringing a compassionate, stress-free approach to every patient she treats. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Wheat enjoys painting, especially nesting dolls, and is always ready for her next adventure. Whether traveling somewhere tropical or reminiscing about her favorite place, Tuscany, she finds inspiration in the beauty of the world around her. When it comes to cases, anything involving a reptile is always a highlight.
